Our gardens have three swimming pools with integral children’s pools, safety fences, lifeguards, fountains, lily ponds and streams. They host an open-air restaurant and café exclusively for residents. Our secure gated developed has two gates. One gate leads directly on to the Blue Flag sandy beach, boardwalk, and The Ocean Club, the other leads into Marina Puerto Banus. The development and apartment are wheelchair/push-chair friendly. The 24/7 concierge facilitates key collection for arrival You do not need a car here as everything is accessible within a few minutes’ walk. However, an underground parking space, with elevator access, is provided.

Puerto Banus is the most loved resort in Spain, enjoying a sunny climate all year round. The Port offers restaurants, alfresco cafes, bars, nightclubs and casino. You’ll also find designer boutiques, department stores, beauty salons, art galleries, and a cinema. The area has something for everybody. Water sports, golf,horseback riding, tennis, amusement parks, water parks, dolphin excursions, a crocodile farm, and zoo. There are tours to White Mountain villages, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Rhonda, Malaga, Gibraltar and across the waters into Morocco. For your more practical day-to-day needs, there are banks, ATM, a post office, newspaper kiosk, supermarkets, bakeries, florist, petrol station pharmacies and medical services.

Apartment details: A very spacious and comfortable apartment in the best location. The interior is tastefully decorated with good-quality furnishings and the apartment is centrally air-conditioned for heating or cooling throughout. The master bedroom, with Juliet balcony and a luxury super king-sized bed. The contemporary guest bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite marble bathroom. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other bathroom has a full bath tub with shower. The elegant lounge has a flat-screen TV with streaming service offering thousands of international channels in many languages including sports, Sky, movies, TV series, and children’s programmes. It also has a dining area that seats six. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. As well as a dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer in the adjacent laundry room. All cutlery, crockery, utensils, glassware, etc are provided including pans and oven dishes. There is a convenient serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining area. An iron, ironing board and hairdryers are provided. You can also dine alfresco, as the balcony has a smart rattan dining table that can seat six.
Wi-Fi is super-fast fibre optics for multiple devices with a higher than 80MB download speed and is available throughout the apartment. The garden restaurant also has Wi-Fi.

Activities: You will find an up-to-date folder in the apartment with lots of information about local areas of interest, tours and activities, including children’s entertainment along the coast. As well as restaurants of international cuisines meeting all budgets, you will also find emergency services contact details and instructions for operating the appliances in the apartment. Every Saturday morning the largest open street market on the Costa Del Sol can be found at the bullring in Puerto Banus.

Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market located at the bullring in PUERTO BANUS. This market is the largest open market on the Costa Del Sol.

If you are a golfer, this is Costa Del Golf – Along the length of this coast, there are over fifty spectacular golf courses offering international standards and designs. The golf clubs are available for anyone to play and to use their facilities without membership restrictions – daily entrance fees are about 40 Euro for 18 holes.
Centrally; Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta, Los Naranjos and Dame de Notche for night golf and there are many other courses to the East and to the West within half an hour’s drive in either direction.
